How do you use the Strenght Box for optimal results?

Before your workout (Energy, Power, Boost, Purify)

Prepare your body for performance with energy from beet, wheatgrass, and citrus. Thanks to vitamins C, B1, and B6, these juices and shots support your energy levels, focus, and blood flow. The ideal way to start your workout sharp, powerful, and full of energy. Take one of these juices about 30 to 60 minutes before your workout for the ideal effect.

After your workout (Recharge, Recover, Hydrate, Protein Smoothie)

Recover quickly and effectively with juices full of magnesium, potassium and calcium. Also featuring a smoothie with as much as 20 grams of protein. They help with muscle recovery, electrolyte replenishment and hydration after exercise. The perfect combination to bring your body back into balance. Take one of these juices preferably as soon as possible after your workout.
