It is related to other melon like the galia melon and cantaloupe. This fruit got the prefix &#8220;water&#8221; because it is a very juicy melon. In fact, it consists of as much as 95 percent water. It is among one of the most thirst-quenching fruits in the world. The watermelon is a healthy addition to your diet.     <\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Another fun fact is that the seeds in a watermelon are also heart healthy for you. Most people remove the seeds (with much fuss) from the melon and then throw them away.
