I don&#8217;t believe in crash diets because these products are often full of preservatives that our bodies really don&#8217;t need. And you mainly lose fluid and muscle mass with these types of diets. We don&#8217;t make our bodies happy with that either. Therefore, I support healthy, unprocessed foods. Perfection does not exist. It is not feasible to eat 100% healthy every day, it is not sustainable.
