Organic, local and raw. Their dream: to get all of the Netherlands on vegetable juices. &#8220;We all eat far too few vegetables. Vegetable juice is a natural multivitamin.&#8221; Rosalynn feeds spinach, celery and ginger to the slow juicer in the kitchen. Slowly, the receptacle fills with a deep green juice. &#8220;Have a taste,&#8221; she says. She holds up the glass to Joel. &#8220;Delicious!&#8221; he says. &#8220;Maybe add a little zucchini?
