Paprika

Paprika is a dried and finely ground spice derived from the ripe fruits of the Capsicum annuum plant (sweet bell pepper). It is known for its bright, red color and offers a flavor range from mild and sweet (noble sweet) to spicy or smoky (pimentón). Although used in small quantities, it adds to the nutritional value of your meal.
