Hemp seed oil, as the name implies, is made from hemp seeds. These seeds come from the hemp plant and are pressed into an oil both peeled and unpeeled. The oil has a pleasant, strong flavor. What substances are in it?
Hemp oil is known for its extensive essential fatty acids: omega 3 and 6. These are fatty acids that your body cannot make on its own. Hemp oil has an ideal distribution of essential fatty acids: about two parts basic omega 6 to one part basic omega 3. Hemp oil is extracted from a special type of hemp plant. This plant, and thus the oil, contains no THC and is free of psychoactive properties.
Why do we use hemp oil?
Hemp oil provides many healthy unsaturated fats. In addition, it has a unique flavor, which is delicious in many dishes and juices. Moreover, it does not contain THC. Thus, you cannot get high or stoned from eating/drinking hemp oil.
