Green curry paste
Green curry paste (also called Phrik Kaeng Khiao Wan ) is the aromatic, spicy base of Thai green curry. The paste is traditionally prepared by grinding a mix of fresh, green ingredients, including green chilies, lemongrass, galangal (laos), kaffir lime leaf, shallots, garlic and coriander. The green color comes mainly from the chilies and fresh herbs.
