Every day, Joel Goudsmit and Rosalynn Campbell slowjuice hundreds of gallons of vegetable juice. Organic, local and raw. Their dream: to get all of the Netherlands on vegetable juices. “We all eat far too few vegetables. Vegetable juice is a natural multivitamin.” Rosalynn feeds spinach, celery and ginger to the slow juicer in the kitchen. Slowly, the receptacle fills with a deep green juice. “Have a taste,” she says. She holds up the glass to Joel. “Delicious!” he says. “Maybe add a little zucchini?
