One thing stands out like an arrow: I was super fit after day 2 of the juice cleanse and that has actually been the case for the following days all the time. A huge eye-opener for me because, partly also related to my rheumatism, I am always tired. I felt so incredibly good and that was the turning point for me: sugars and carbohydrates make me tired so these need to be largely eliminated from my diet once I’m done with the juice cleanse.
