Moms at Work

My breakfast often consists of a serving of yogurt with freshly squeezed orange juice and sometimes some nuts or apple mixed in. I try to vary in that, but the downside is that it’s quite a bit of work for the morning. That while a healthy breakfast is obviously important. But at that moment there is also a dog eager to go outside and two children to school and the pigs are already screaming for food. So I find a vegetable juice a very handy change. One glass provides me with all the vitamins I need in the morning and I am ready in no time. Read the full article here
