Ginseng
Ginseng is a genus in the ivy family and is the most well-known Chinese herb. It is also called “the wonder of the world.” Its origin is not entirely clear. Various things are claimed. Ginseng may come from Korea or China, for example.
Ginseng root has been used in the Far East for more than 2,000 years due to its healthy properties. We explain these to you below.
Why is Ginseng so healthy?
Ginseng contains vitamin B5 and vitamin B6 and the minerals iron, potassium, copper and manganese. The root also contains polysaccharides (a starch).What does this mean for my health?
