Honeydew melon
Melons are mostly thought of as fruits, but they are really vegetables. The melon is also related to the cucumber.
The fruit contains very much water so your cells are wonderfully hydrated. For example, the watermelon and cantaloupe are extremely rich in the mineral potassium. They also contain minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium, iron, calcium and zinc. Furthermore, melons are very rich in vitamins (B1, B2, B11, B12, vitamin C and D) and many antioxidants. For example, it contains the antioxidant superoxide dismutase.
