Passion fruit

Passion fruit is derived from passion flowers, belonging to the passion flower family. Originally, the fruit comes from South America. They come in different colors (white, yellow, green, purple) and shapes (spherical, oval), of which the purple variety is best known in the Netherlands. The flesh is yellow, orange or red in color and consists of many edible seeds.
