Tomato

The tomato was first cultivated by the Aztecs in South America. Because the tomato has seeds and grows on a plant that produces flowers, the tomato is officially called a fruit. This red, juicy fruit is widely used in our kitchens. They are popular and taste delicious. But why are tomatoes actually healthy? We explain it to you.
