Palmweed

Palm seaweed(Palmaria palmata), also known as Dulse, is a red seaweed that grows along the northern coasts of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. It has a dark red color and is known for its soft, tough texture and unique, slightly smoky, salty-sweet umami flavor (sometimes compared to a bacon-like taste). In Iceland and Ireland, it has traditionally been an important part of the diet.
