Rhubarb

Rhubarb originates from the Himalayas and has been cultivated in Russia since the 16th century. The red stems of rhubarb (Rheum rhabarbarum) come from a plant in the so-called knotweed family.

What substances are in it?

Rhubarb is a good source of vitamin K and potassium. It also contains a lot of fiber.
