Yellow beet

The yellow beet has a bright and clear yellow color. This color also makes the beet great for making the most beautiful dishes. The yellow beet is considered a summer vegetable because of its fresh sweet taste. Beets naturally contain a little sugar which makes them so deliciously sweet. Yellow beets taste slightly sweet and slightly less “earthy” than red beets. The yellow beet in terms of nutrients is very similar to the red beet.
