Overall, I found the cravings or hunger weren’t too bad. I turned the switch right from the1st juice. Actually I had already made the switch during the pre-detox phase, at least; I had already started to eat and drink healthier and more consciously 3 days before the detox cleanse. This ensured that I could maintain the right mindset and even after the detox treatment I still feel fit and am in the right ‘health flow’. Not that I was eating unhealthy and snacking a lot, but there were definitely times in the past few months where things sometimes went ‘wrong’ and I felt the need for m&m’s or other snacks.
