Valerian root

Maybe you know it. The flowering plant with its delicate flowers and specific smell: valerian. Although the plant itself does not mean much to your health, its root does. In fact, valerian root contributes to normal resistance to stress and supports sleep*. Hence, valerian root is often used as a soothing herbal tea.
