Water
Did you know that our bodies are about 70% water? Without water, we can only survive for a few days. Water is, after oxygen, the most important substance in our body and fulfills many important roles on a daily basis.
It serves as a building material, a means of transportation, a solvent, it keeps our body at temperature, and it helps your kidneys eliminate waste products. For all these functions, drinking enough water is important.
Water is necessary for the functioning of our vital organs, among other things, and keeps our blood flowing. Not drinking enough water, for example, causes our brains to work less well, you lose a lot of energy and more dangerous risks. In more serious cases, dehydration can cause a weak pulse or dry mouth, cramps, confusion or even unconsciousness. Your urine in these cases is dark and smells strongly. Urine from someone who drinks enough is light(er) in color. You can read it well from this. With our urine, waste products are removed from our body.
