As a nutritionist, I do not endorse bars, shakes or pills. I don’t believe in crash diets because these products are often full of preservatives that our bodies really don’t need. And you mainly lose fluid and muscle mass with these types of diets. We don’t make our bodies happy with that either. Therefore, I support healthy, unprocessed foods. Perfection does not exist.
