We all hear it regularly, but find it hard to stick to it as well – everyone should eat 250 grams of vegetables a day. This is nicely said and, as a responsible mom, you want to stick to it. But if you’re a busy mom in addition to being a responsible mom, it’s not always easy to meet that limit. However, there is absolutely no need to feel guilty about that. After all, did you know that as many as 95 percent of all Dutch people do not reach this recommended amount of vegetables of 250 grams per day? Fortunately, there is a very easy and quick alternative to ensure that you and your child still get your vitamins
