You can make a healthy vitamin bomb yourself. However, you do need a slow juicer and time and inclination. And to be honest, I don’t have all three. Okay, I have the time and inclination to do it once a week, but every day? Nope. Because I haven’t taken good care of my body for too long, I find it very important to feed my body with good nutrients now. Coincidence or not, suddenly Sapje came my way.
