After the detox , you have to slowly rebuild the food. Again, like the pre-tox, this went fine. You will probably think: who immediately grabs a chocolate bar. But I honestly didn’t feel like that at all. A banana and some yogurt for breakfast was enough for me the first day. The detox really made me want to eat healthy again. Everything tasted so intense and I realized how much I normally eat in a day. So in my opinion, a detox is also a good step towards a healthier lifestyle. Read the full article on their website
