Coriander

Cilantro Coriander is one of the best known and most widely used herbs in the Middle East and Asia. The herb contains a nice combination of healthy vitamins and minerals. Those who have never tasted fresh cilantro may have to get used to its somewhat citrusy, almost soapy taste for some.

What substances are in it?

Coriander is especially rich in vitamin K and also contains a lot of vitamin A. Unlike most other spices, the seed of coriander, as well as the plant itself, contains significant amounts of vitamin C. Other vitamins that coriander is rich in are folic acid, potassium and manganese.
