The best organic vegetable juice in delicious flavors
At Sapje, we put a lot of time into putting together our vegetable juices. We deliberately choose a wide variety of fresh, organic, local, seasonal ingredients. We carefully blend these into 16 flavorful juices and 4 extra healthy shots. In collaboration with Michelin star chefs such as Ron Blaauw and Jonnie & Thérèse Boer, we also created several special juices. All vegetable juices are cold-pressed by hand in the slow juicer and then frozen within one hour with the shock freezer. They are raw and pure, without preservatives or other additives.

The Librije ***
Jonnie Boer becomes chef at Restaurant De Librije at the age of twenty-four and a few years later he and Thérèse take over the restaurant. In 1993 De Librije was awarded its first Michelin star. In 1999 follows the second and with that Jonnie is the youngest two-star chef in the Netherlands. In 2004 The Librije is the second restaurant in the Netherlands to get a third star and is The Librije for the fourth time elected best restaurant in the Netherlands.
