Taste

Drinking Wild Juice for the first time takes quite a bit of getting used to. Wild is more for the advanced juice drinker who can take a vegetable hit and appreciates the pure flavors of pristine nature. It tastes wild, super green and fresh and sour at the same time. David Wolfe wanted to incorporate as many vegetables as possible into the juice with some fruits that are naturally very low in natural fruit sugars. The wild nettles and dandelion leaves do not require cultivation and offer a different kind of energy that only comes from wild plants. Wild foods survive, contain more nutrients and taste stronger. Sea buckthorn berries were originally taken by the Vikings during long ship rides to get enough vitamin C. These small yellow berries are tough and grow well in difficult terrain. As a result, they are found mainly in the coastal areas of the Netherlands. When the time comes to pick them, the berries taste deliciously sour with slight citrus flavor notes. The lime and granny smith apple make the overpowering sour taste of the berries somewhat milder on the taste buds. The celery and cucumber in this juice are packed with electrolytes (minerals) and water, keeping your body hydrated. Together, they provide a healthy and fresh base for the Wild Juice. This health bomb is a taste explosion in every sense and your senses will be on edge right away.

Current ingredients in the Wild Sapje: celery, nettle, spinach, granny smith, cucumber, lime, sea buckthorn berry, turnip stem, dandelion leaf, hemp plant and hemp oil (10% CBD)
