Peas
These small, green, nutritious bulbs have been considered a superfood for centuries.
They are among one of the first plants grown in gardens and farmlands. It is still widely eaten today, in part because of the many good vitamins and minerals the pea contains. More on that later.

In addition, there is a good amount of vitamin C in the legume and vitamins B1, B3 and B11 are also found in ample amounts. And finally, it contains a generous amount of the mineral potassium.
