Yellow zucchini

The zucchini is native to North America and was introduced to Europe around the 16th century. Yellow zucchini comes from Holland and is harvested carefully so as not to damage the delicate skin. The yellow zucchini has the same neutral and fresh taste as the green variety. The skin has a deep yellow color and the flesh is also lighter in color. Zucchini is often thought of as a vegetable. Technically, it is actually a fruit!
