Like adults, children need plenty of vegetables to stay healthy and fit. On average, children between the ages of 4 and 12 need about 100 to 200 grams of vegetables daily. But in 2017, research by CBS showed that less than half of Dutch children eat enough vegetables. As a parent, you probably know why: not every child loves vegetables. For you, that often means patiently waiting until the plate is empty, tolerating grumbles and departed faces and maybe sometimes even a little negotiation… Recognizable? Then it must be nice to know that there is a clever way to make it easier for your kids to get enough vegetables. Try vegetable juice for kids and they will easily get their daily dose of health.

Many children therefore benefit from juices with nutrients that support their energy levels and ability to concentrate. Vitamin B1 and magnesium, among others, are good for concentration. Are your juices also suitable for children?
Our juices are definitely suitable for children. The juices are pure nature and full of vitamins and minerals that help your child grow up and become strong. In addition, it also supports their resistance, ability to concentrate and energy level. The juices are only pure and natural, this makes them simply drinkable by children. You will not find any added substances or E-numbers in our juices. We do advise against giving children a detox .
Can these juices also replace fruits and vegetables for my children?
There are easily 370 to 420 (!) grams of vegetables in our juices. This means that your little one gets his or her daily vegetable allowance in just a few sips. If your little one doesn’t like eating vegetables, this is an ideal way to get his or her vitamins in.
Juices cannot completely replace eating vegetables. It is still good to occasionally eat your plate full of vegetables. However, many children don’t do this because they don’t like it or don’t feel like it. For that, our juices offer the ideal solution.
