DRINKING CELERY JUICE: HELPFUL TIPS AND FACTS
- Don’t always have time to make celery juice in the morning? Then possibly make several servings at once and put the rest in a sealed jar or bottle in the refrigerator for the next day or store it in the freezer. Of course, the fresher your celery juice, the healthier it is.
- Does your body react sensitively to celery juice? Then start with a smaller amount than 500 ml and build up your intake slowly.
- Not fond of the taste of celery juice? Optionally, you can also add apple or cucumber to your juice to soften the taste. You can then gradually reduce the amount of flavoring until you get used to the taste. Note: According to Anthony William, pure celery juice is the healthiest.
- Does drinking celery juice daily change your bowel movements? That’s quite possible, because it has a strong effect on your digestion. Watch it for a while.
