Attention health freaks! With one bottle of Recharge vegetable juice you get all the goodness of at least 10 different fresh vegetables and some fruit. This super green vegetable juice is full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, such as Vitamin K, C and A, Folic Acid and Iodine. Our Recharge vegetable juice is also rich in potassium*, which supports blood pressure.

Vegetable juice based on green leafy vegetables has many health benefits. That’s why we wanted to make vegetable juice with as many different types of green vegetables as possible. While pressing the Recharge vegetable juice, no less than 10 to 15 different types of vegetables go into the slow juicer. All are organic, local and seasonal and bursting with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Healthy vegetables such as kale, spinach, bok choy and endive often have a rather bitter taste. To make this vegetable juice healthy and yet tasty, we therefore add some fresh fruits, herbs and a little samphire.

WHAT MAKES THIS VEGETABLE JUICE HEALTHY?

This vegetable juice is healthy for several reasons. Look at the list of nutrients below and you will immediately discover that it contains many different vitamins and minerals. This vegetable juice, for example, is remarkably rich in vitamin K and potassium. Vitamin K supports blood clotting and is good for maintaining strong bones. The mineral potassium is beneficial for blood pressure and supports the normal functioning of your muscles and nerves. Our Recharge vegetable juice also contains nice amounts of folic acid, iron, manganese, iodine, copper, zinc, calcium and magnesium. All nutrients with different functions in your body. For example, folic acid, iron, copper and zinc contribute to a good resistance, magnesium helps to keep your muscles strong and manganese and iodine support your energy level. Our Recharge vegetable juice also provides various types of antioxidants, including vitamin C. Antioxidants protect your body cells against free radicals. A perfect juice to kickstart your health. The green color of this refreshing juice comes from chlorophyll, or leaf green. Because we immediately freeze this slow juice vegetable juice after pressing, the healthy nutrients are optimally preserved.

THE FLAVOUR OF OUR VEGETABLE JUICE

The taste of the Recharge vegetable juice varies a bit per season. After all, we use local and seasonal vegetables. If we make this vegetable juice in the winter, the taste is a bit more intense than in the summer. This is due to the use of, among other things, organic kale from Dutch soil. The bitter taste of green leafy vegetables is not equally appealing to everyone. That is why we have balanced it with the sweet, sour and fresh flavors of pear, cucumber, lemon and mint, the spicy taste of parsley and watercress and the salty taste of samphire. In this way we ensure that drinking our green vegetable juice does not have to be a punishment. Do you also want to support your immune system in an easy and tasty way? Then buying Recharge vegetable juice is a good idea! “Our juices are an excellent addition as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.”
