Ron Blaauw Juice

Period: June, July, August 2015 – 2020
Seasonal juice ingredients: coeur de boeuf tomato, field cucumber, watermelon, carrot, fennel, red pointed bell pepper, apple, lemon, sage and piment d’esepelette.
We are so incredibly proud and honored that none other than Michelin star Chef Ron Blaauw has created a seasonal juice especially for Sapje. His favorite vegetables, fruits and herbs including watermelon, carrot, fennel, Coeur de boeuf, sage and Piment d’esepelette are all in it and make this juice a true delight for your taste buds.
Jonnie & ThérÚse Boer Juice

Period: February, March April 2019 – 2021
Seasonal Juice Ingredients: Yellow carrot, cucumber, Granny Smith, Jelly beet, Sunflower root, Bottle squash, Mango, Lemon, Turmeric, Ginger, Bergamot & chili pepper
For the creation of the current SEASONS juice, we collaborated with star chefs Jonnie & ThérÚse Boer, known for the 3 Michelin-starred restaurant De Librije. In addition to a tantalizing taste experience, this slowjuice juice based on seasonal vegetables and seasonal fruits also offers plenty of vitamins and minerals.
Michiel van der Eerde Juice

Period: August, September, October 2015
Seasonal juice ingredients: field cucumber, green zucchini, green grapes, green chard, apple, lemon, pink radish, white currants, shiitake mushroom, parsley, mint and sea lettuce.
The seasonal juice contains incredible and unique ingredients that have never been used in a slowjuice juice before! Like Shiitake mushroom, white currants and a Dutch sea lettuce (seaweed). And it tastes pretty darn good too đ
Angelique Schmeinck Sapje

Period: November, December 2015 and January, February 2016
Seasonal juice ingredients: carrot, orange squash, apple, yellow beet, parsnip, fennel, pomegranate, press orange, ginger and vanilla.
We have another new Seasonal Juice and it is inspired by the Netherlands’ most famous female master chef!!! AngĂ©lique Schmeinck is known for many cookbooks, ran a Michelin star restaurant, is the face of cooking programs on 24Kitchen and cooks culinary at altitude in her hot air balloon restaurant. The new seasonal juice contains delicious soft fall ingredients that will warm you up and make your taste buds dance. For example, the addictive juice includes Pumpkin, parsnip, yellow beet, pomegranate and fresh vanilla. With this sophisticated mix of ingredients and flavor friends, this juice strikes a perfect balance between sweet, creamy, spicy and fresh. The juice is packed with antioxidants and incredibly high in beta-carotene; which is good for your skin, hair and eyes. How delicious this juice is and, most importantly, sizzlingly healthy!
Rogér Rassin juice

Period: June, July, August 2016
Seasonal juice ingredients: yellow beet, yellow watermelon, cucumber, pineapple, fennel, granny smith apple, lemon, yellow currant & ginger.
This summer Seasonal Juice was inspired by Michelin star chef Rogér Rassin. He is the executive chef of the 5***** InterContinental Amstel Amsterdam and Michelin star Restaurant La Rive. The months of June, July and August are dedicated to delicious summer fruits such as yellow watermelon, pineapple, lemon and the flavorful yellow beet with foliage, field cucumber, currants and fennel from Dutch soil. The Seasons juice gives you the summer feeling, is deliciously refreshing and slightly sour.
Richard van Oostenbrugge Juice

Period: September, October, November, December 2016
Seasonal juice ingredients: Chioggia beet, white carrot, apple, cucumber, bottle squash, parsnip, pomegranate, lemon, red beet and white turmeric.
Michelin star chef Richard van Oostenbrugge known for the 5***** De L’europe hotel and the well-known 2 Michelin star restaurant Bord’Eau.
September, October, November and December are all about the delicious earthy flavors of chioggia beet, red beet, white carrot, parsnip, bottle squash and field cucumber from Dutch soil. To give the juice some more freshness it also includes lemon, pomegranate, a small portion of apple and white turmeric. This juice gives you lots of healthy energy and helps protect your body due to its many antioxidants. The juice is slightly creamy and tastes refreshingly earthy with a pleasant acidity.
Alain Caron Juice

Period: January, February, March 2017
Seasonal juice ingredients: white carrot, apple, field cucumber, orange carrot, blood orange, orange sweet potato, beet, passion fruit, bergamot, mint and cinnamon.
Michelin star chef, judge and culinary expert Alain Caron known from Masterchef and his recently opened restaurant in Amsterdam, Café Caron. During the photo shoot at the goat farm Ridammerhoeve, it was very difficult to stay calm among all those happy goats.
The months of January, February and March are all about the delicious fresh earthy flavors of beet, white carrot, orange carrot, field cucumber & sweet potato from Dutch soil. To give the juice some more freshness and depth, we have added unique bitter and sour flavor notes such as bergamot, blood orange, persimmon, passion fruit, a small portion of apple, mint and cinnamon. This juice gives you lots of healthy energy, hydrates, refreshes and helps protect your body due to its many antioxidants. The juice is surprisingly fresh, spicy, complex, slightly sweet and sour and makes you long for summer. As Alain describes it, “a sensational walk in a romantic sunny forest on a cold winter day, insatiable.”
